Family Tradition of ExcellenceSean Stone has 20+ years of experience working in the meat industry. He began his apprenticeship when he was 16 years old in Illinois. He dedicated 11 years to the same meat market until his love for Texas brought him to this great state. He moved to Corpus Christi in 2012 and worked for 2 local meat markets until he met his wife Ami in 2015 which brought him to the Houston area. After 3 years as a meat market manager for a large corporation, the Stone family decided it was time to share his knowledge of meat and wild game processing with the community, so Stone Cold Meats was established in 2018.

Daniel Puga AKA ``Danny P`` is a Stone Cold Original, has been a crucial member of our team since day one. His skills are too many to list but you will find him most days serving up steaks and smiles from the meat case.

Kenneth Burke
Do you need a classically trained chef to make a sandwich? Maybe not, but to make a Stone Cold sandwich you do. Kenneth was trained at Lenotre Culinary Institute and his skill set is incredible. When he is not in the deli you can find him in our test kitchen working on the next great Stone Cold innovation.

Andrew Schlag
Andrew with an extensive background in both butchery and culinary arts was an awesome addition to our team in 2020. He understands the protein and is always willing to help a guest with techniques to create the perfect dish.
