What is this thing?

Imagine taking a deboned turkey, duck & chicken and combining them to make one entrée! Only the wing bones on the turkey remain for aesthetic purposes. The fat and skin from the chicken & duck have been removed. These three meats are then separated by layers of La Boucherie’s homemade stuffing.
