What is this thing?

Imagine taking a deboned turkey, duck & chicken and combining them to make one entrée! Only the wing bones on the turkey remain for aesthetic purposes. The fat and skin from the chicken & duck have been removed. These three meats are then separated by layers of homemade stuffing. This mouth-watering delight is seasoned with La Boucherie’s special blend of seasonings.  Slice through it like a cake. So easy to bake and serve!
