Marinated Fajitas Beef & Chicken


2lbs Stone Cold Meats Marinated Fajitas (Beef &/Or Chicken)

1 Large White Onion Sliced

3 Bell Peppers (Choose your favorite) De-seeded and Sliced

1 Cup Chicken Broth

1 Can Beer (Choose your favorite)

1 Stick Butter

1 Large Disposable Aluminum Pan

Your Favorite Charcoal

Instructions Chef Recommendation

  1. Start with hot coals and cleaning your grates. (Half of an onion works great here)
  2. While coals are getting hot, place onions, peppers, chicken broth, beer and butter in your aluminum pan.
  3. Once coals are ready, place your pan of veggies on the grill over indirect heat and stir occasionally.
  4. Place fajitas over direct heat to allow for a good char.
  5. Beef fajitas will cook about 4 minutes per side, Chicken Fajitas will cook 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. Once the fajitas are done cooking, add to your veggie pan and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  7. When fajitas are done resting. Remove pan from the grill, slice and enjoy!
