Stone Cold Meats Chopped Brisket

Ingredients

1 Package SCM Chopped Brisket

1 Large Pot of Water

Instructions

  1. Bring pot of water to low/med-low heat (DO NOT BOIL)
  2. Place UNOPENED package of SCM Chopped Brisket into the pot of hot water.
  3. Once added, turn off heat and allow Chopped Brisket to come up to temperature.
  4. After 10-15 minutes, your Chopped Brisket is ready to serve.

NOTE: If heating multiple bags, expect an additional 10-15 minutes to total reheating time. Boiling water will cause the bag to pop.
