We round up to the nearest whole nickel for simplicity in transactions, due to the discontinuation of the U.S. penny.

Do you offer deer processing?
Yes! Deer processing is offered at our Conroe, Tx location only.
Do you accept SNAP/EBT/Lonestar/Food Stamps?
Yes! We accept this form of payment at all 3 locations.
Can I purchase Gift Cards?
We heard you—and we fixed it. After 5 years of gift card headaches, you can now use your Stone Cold Meats gift card at any location. Gift cards are available at all 3 markets and work everywhere. Order digital cards
online, call it in, or pick one up in-store.
Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes! Customers can call the market and order ahead over the phone. Please be sure to confirm the specific location you’d like to pick up from. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all pickup orders and is applied to your total at checkout. We have a 48-72hr turnaround for pre-orders. CURBSIDE COMING SOON!
Can Stone Cold Meats Process My Animal(s)? ex: cattle, pig, chickens, etc.
We do not offer this service at any of our locations. We do offer Deer Processing only at our Conroe, TX location.
Where do you source your meats from?
We source from a wide variety of Texas ranches, as well as superior genetic programs from across the United States.
Do you offer Grass-Fed/Grass-Finished Beef?
We offer limited grass-fed products. We recommend calling your preferred market ahead of your visit to confirm availability. Most of our cattle are 28 day grain fed finish. We do regularly stock all-natural beef, chicken and pork products.
Do you use additives or preservatives?
We do not add preservatives to our products, including our sausages. Because of this, our shelf life is 2-4 days paper wrapped, 24-30 days vacuum sealed & 100 days frozen in either paper wrap or vacuum sealed. (Shelf life varies between product types)
Are there any growth hormones in your products?
If you’re eating out, there’s a good chance you’re getting more than just dinner. We prioritize all-natural products without unnecessary extras. If hormone free is important to you, we carry options through a Never Ever program. Have questions about a specific product? Stop by or give us a call—our team can walk you through it.
Do you carry exotic meats? Ex: bison, ostrich, wild boar, etc.
Yes! We do carry exotic meat options in our freezer section. For the most up-to-date availability, please stop by or call the markets for more information.
Do you offer competition BBQ products and services?
Yes! We offer a full catalog of products meeting competition specs, including custom trimming. To ensure your competition needs are met, please stop in, and talk to our team behind the case to discuss the details for your specific event.
Does Stone Cold Meats offer wholesale services?
We do. HOWEVER, availability is limited. If you are looking to partner with Stone Cold Meats for your business, please email your questions to wholesale@stonecoldmeats.com. Wholesale services are not available for one-time
events.
Will Stone Cold Meats sponsor or donate to my event?

We offer cooking instructions for our products on our website. These are our tips, tricks and guides. But of course, Google is your best friend!

Do you offer meat packs?
Yes! All packs are SNAP/EBT eligible. You can browse our meat packs via our menu. To
order a meat pack, please contact the market directly via phone or in person to pre-
order.
